NEURO TOUR is a unique team of elite practitioners specializing in the art of providing physical therapy services to National and International theatrical productions, concert tours and film productions.

NEURO TOUR's therapists specialize in providing on-site treatments during workshops, production, rehearsals, and performances. NEURO TOUR prides itself on providing the consistency of one therapist dedicated to a production.  Our goal is to reduce the number and severity of injuries, keeping performers Happy, Healthy and On Stage.

Performance Screenings

NEURO TOUR will evaluate each performer, identify any movement inefficiencies, rotary instabilities, postural asymmetries or mobility restrictions. The therapists will then provide corrective exercises and create an individualized program. 

      

Injury Prevention Workshops

NEURO TOUR therapists will observe choreography, paying particular attention to challenging stunts, fight scenes, acro and tumbling, aerial silks and flying. The therapists will also examine wardrobe, including headpieces, shoes and props. Therapists will then conduct an injury prevention workshop addressing areas of concern and will review proper warm up, core conditioning, therapeutic exercises and instruct in self treatment.

  • Kyle Miller, PT, DPT

    Tour Physical Therapist

    Kyle grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, in a town called Kildeer. He is one of three children. Kyle likes to travel, be outdoors, spend time with family and explore new places. His favorite sports are volleyball and golf. He entered the physical therapy field to help people get back to doing the things they love! Because Kyle is very athletic he has sustained many injuries throughout his life and turned to physical therapy to help him get back to the game. He is fun, energetic, always ready to help and likes meeting new people. Fun fact: Kyle finished the Ironman Arizonia Triathlon in 2012! Photo coming soon!

  • Tiffany McLean, PT, DPT

    NEURO TOUR Physical Therapist

    Tiffany is from Miami, where she attended Florida A&M University and recieved a Bachelors in Health Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her spare time she loves to discover new music, cook, read and spend time with her friends and family, including her husband and english bulldog. Tiffany loves to dance and choreograph. She has a passion for making people feel better and has a deep interest in human movement. "As a former dancer, I always had nagging injuries that would come and go. Since I did not have much access to performance medicine, it was always hard to determine when to rest and recover, or dance through the pain. It seemed like I would never seek treatment until the injuries stopped me from dancing. Now that I am a physical therapist, I understand how patients find it difficult to make the dicious to get treatment."

    President & Founder of Neurosport & NEURO Tour Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist

    Carolyn’s philosophy of “No Challenge Too Great” is the cornerstone and driving force of Neurosport Physical Therapy and NEURO TOUR Physical Therapy. This philosophy continues to be her passion, whether in patient care, in business or in her personal life. Carolyn understands the importance of a strong and dedicated team, without which the growth of the company would not be possible. She is very blessed to be the mother of two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with her supportive husband and watching them on the soccer field. She looks forward to the new opportunities that the future has in store.

    Leah found her love for dance at the age of three.  She has studied a wide variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary. Her knowledge of dance allows her to understand the intricate movements of the body. Leah incorporates her experiences while treating current patients, as well as educating new Physical Therapists that will be joining NEURO TOUR. Her commitment to her own well-being drives her passion for helping others reach their optimal level of physical fitness, health and wellness. Leah is a proud wife and mother to a beautiful little girl and boy.

    Laura’s extensive background in competitive cheerleading and dance gives her a perspective on treating patients within the performing arts. Her passion and warm personality are encouraging to all of her patients. When Laura isn't educating new physical therapists in Atlanta, she can be found on tour. Previous tours include, "Bring It On," "West Side Story," "Bette Midler Divine Intervention Tour," and Shaping Sound's "Dance Reimagined."

  • Cecilee Fleming, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    As a competitive dancer for over 15 years, in a variety of dances including, contemporary, pointe, jazz,  among others, Cecilee brings her passion to the team. After sustaining injuries through a car accident and dance, Cecilee found the physical therapy was the only thing helped her return to dance and the things she loved. She chose to become a physical therapist because it combines all of her passions and allows her to positively change the lives of those she works with. When she is not treating patients, Cecilee can be found dancing, singing, reading, watching sports or spending time with her family.

    Executive Assistant, Accounts Manager, Director of Marketing

    Sarah brings an outgoing personality and leadership skills with her to Neurosport. She grew up on the beaches in Virginia and in the hills of Tennessee before moving to metro Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Cole, spending time with family, and playing with her puppy Nash.

  • Brien Lee, PT, DPT

    Brien was born and raised in Alpharetta, Georgia. Growing up, he required physical therapy for injuries he sustained playing sports, which inspired him to become a physical therapist. Brien remains very active, playing golf and tennis, running, and working out.

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Krysten grew up a ballet dancer and completed her undergraduate honors thesis exploring how the dancer’s body responds differently to balance activities compared to their non-dance counterparts. Krysten brings a unique approach to rehab, combining physical therapy with her understanding of the dancer’s body and requirements of their job. In her spare time she rides and shows American Saddlebred horses, once placing third in a National Championship and fifth in the World Championships in her division.

    Working at NEURO TOUR brings Logan's two passions together: musical theatre and physical therapy. With a background in performance, Logan brings an outgoing personality and an understanding of the arts to NEURO TOUR. When he is not working with clients, he enjoys singing, traveling, being active, and spending time outdoors. Logan feels extremely blessed to be a part of the NEURO TOUR family and can't wait to see what the future has in store!

    Elyssia is committed to holistic, patient-centered care and is highly experienced with a wide range of dance forms. While at NEURO TOUR she has learned new approaches to effectively address common injuries for performers and ways to encourage and educate performers to take steps to improve their own health and performance abilities. What she enjoys the most about being a physical therapist is helping people regain the joy and health through movement and is inspired by having the opportunity to help performers share their talents and art. Her interest in becoming a physical therapist began in high school, while being worked on by physical therapists backstage during dance concerts. Outside of her passion for performing arts medicine, she enjoys prosthetics research and development and also likes to dance contemporary and Flamenco.

    Marianna brings to NEURO TOUR a specialization in women's health and a dance background in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, West African, modern and contemporary. She entered this field because of her love of performing arts and helping others. Since starting at NEURO TOUR, she has expanded her manual techniques, exercise progression, examination and evaluation skills and her understanding of modalities, such as FES and taping. Photo on the way!

    Tour Physical Therapist

    Cody is originally from Simi Valley, California but grew up in Denver, Colorado. He attended Texas Christian University for his BS in Movement Science with a Minor in Child Development. He later attended Washington University in St Louis for his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Cody hopes to later specialize in manual therapy and teaching. He likes to listen to and play music, be active, watch college football, and watch nerdy movies. Cody particularly likes medieval and fantasy, sci-fi, superheroes, anime, and anything 80's! He likes to stay active with hiking, rock climbing, hiking, and swimming. Cody has always loved acting and led and directing a medical student-produced musical!

    Tour Physical Therapist, Hamilton Angelica Tour

    Brigid is originally from Long Island, New York who recieved a Degree in dance from the College at Brockport State University of New York and then went to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook Universtiy. In her spare time she enjoys performing Irish and modern dance, teaching children to dance, weight training, hiking, going to the beach, and finding new delicious paleo desserts! Brigid has a passion in dance performance. She started dancing at 3 years old, and has since then performed professionally in New York City.

    "I believe my background as a dancer and a physical therapist informs and drives my professional practice. I have an innate ability to observe the quality of movement and explain therapeutic exercises and interventions to my patients in a way that fits their individual learning styles. I have a ton of energy and am extremely passionate about the combination of the arts and physical therapy. I am a huge advocate of the PT profession and, above all else, am a strong promoter of health, wellness, and injury prevention as a lifestyle."

  • Zach Dangel, ATC, CSCS, FMS

    Tour Athletic Trainer, Hip Hop Nut Cracker

    Zach is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He recieved his Bachelor's degrees in Athletic Training and Kinesiology from Miami University and his Master's degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Training from Indiana University. He is certified in basic life support for health care providers, certified strength and conditioning coach, a registered yoga teacher, certified functional movement screen, and a Graston Technique M-1 provider! In the future, Zach would like to take courses on the Hesch method, Mulligan technique, more Graston technique courses, and other courses in manual therapy. Being physically active is a huge part of Zach's life. He is an avid crossfitter who loves being outside, reading, learning new skills, both playing and listening to music, and trying new foods. "I have a passion for working in the performing arts, and combining the ideas of functional human movement and dance movement is something that interests me greatly. I love to learn new ideas and techniques to help improve my practice and my life. I am a firm believer of practicing what i preach to my patients and i think that helps me to be a better clinician and educator."

  • Natalie Farah, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Natalie was surrounded by music and theater from a young age, beginning a dance career at the age of three. Natalie took an early interest in how the body moves and works and developed a passion to help others and found that physical therapy for the performing arts was the perfect field for her. She brings with her to Neurosport a unique perspective into what is involved physically in a show, and how to decrease a performer's risk of injury. Having experienced a few injuries herself, she understands how important it is to make sure your body is practicing the correct mechanics, in order to prevent a small injury from becoming a one that is career-threatening. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, skiing, kayaking and dancing.

    Kerrie is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she attended Pennsylvania State University and recieved her Bachelor's in Accounting. She later went on to Chatham University and recieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She lives with her Fiance, Derek, and her Daschund, Desmond. In her free time she enjoys cycling, yoga, and dancing salsa and West Coast swing. Kerrie has a love of musical theater and dance, and can sing with her mouth closed!

  • Neil Toussaint, PT, DPT

    Tour Physical Therapist, Wicked

    Neil is originally from Union, NJ and has been living in New York since 2008. He attended Stony Brook Univeristy where he recieved his BS in Athletic Training and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In his free time he likes fitness, travel, learning new things, and listening to music. Neil's talent is Tricking- an acrobatic sport combining elements of martial arts, gymnastics, breakdancing, and other forms of movement! He offers and expertise in analysis and performance of acrobatic movements. After beining his tricking career at 15, Neil began getting minor injuries and developed an interest in the human body, how it functions, and injury prevention. He is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love! After suffering a knee injury and not being able to perform for an extended period of time, Neil gained a new appreciation for the need to get back to 100% and what is means to a performing arts athlete.
