Our clinic is located at 875 N. Main Street, Suite 355, and our hours are 7am-7pm, Saturday by appointment. Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.   • Claire Bradley, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy, Clinic Director

    Claire chose to become a physical therapist because she wanted to help people. "I gravitated towards a career that incorporated both fitness, a personal passion of mine, as well as improving the quality of life for others." In her undergraduate studies at UGA, Claire shadowed Joel Seedman (who has experience with collegiate football players training for the combine).This gave her a strong basis for exercise entering physical therapy school. In her spare time, she enjoys wakeboarding, rock climbing, reading, bible studies and eating almost anything!

  • Nolan Baugh, ATC

    Certified Athletic Trainer

    Nolan graduated from Georgia College with a BS in Athletic Training. He has coached baseball for three years and worked in multiple clinical sites during schooling, including high schools, colleges and physical therapy clinics. Nolan chose athletic training, because he truly enjoys helping and educating people. "One of the domains of Athletic Training is prevention and education of injuries, so I like to work with people of all ages and educate them on how to be healthy and stay healthy over a long period of time." In his spare time, Nolan enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

  • Cheryl Cundy, ATC

    Certfied Athletic Trainer

    Cheryl received a B.S. in Atheltic Training from Ball State University. After, she graduated from California State University with a Master of Science in Physical Education. In 2008, she was awarded Athletic Trainer of the Year from Missouri Athletic Trainers Association. She also received a NATA Atheltic Trainer Service Award. She entered this field because she enjoys helping people get better and back into their sport (or activity)! Photo on the way!

  • April Barr

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Originally an Augusta, Georgia native, April graduated from Georgia State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude.  As a Psychology major, April has a special interest in mind and body self-care and wellness.  She brings with her to Neurosport energy, enthusiasm, and organization.  Suffering from back pain herself as well as her son's soccer injuries, April is very understanding of patient's needs. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, and watch movies with her two sons, Jackson and Griffin.
