Meet Our Staff

  • Omar Ibreak, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy, Clinic Manager

    Omar grew up in Alpharetta Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University School of Medicine where he graduated with Honors. Omar suffered from various sports injuries throughout high school which ignited his interest in physical therapy. 

    "Physical therapy helped me learn more about my body mechanics, strength training, injury prevention, and the rehabilitation process. I recognize the importance of having a friendly, enthusiastic therapist ready to educate patients about the rehabilitation process, uniquely personalize treatment sessions, and work towards personal goals to achieve an overall improvement in quality of life."

    In his spare time, Omar enjoys playing basketball and football, volunteering at youth events in his community, bass fishing, and cooking for friends. Steaks are his specialty!

  • April Barr

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Originally an Augusta, Georgia native, April graduated from Georgia State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude.  As a Psychology major, April has a special interest in mind and body self-care and wellness.  She brings with her to Neurosport energy, enthusiasm, and organization.  Suffering from back pain herself as well as her son's soccer injuries, April is very understanding of patient's needs. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, and watch movies with her two sons, Jackson and Griffin.
