  • Christopher Koerner, PT, MPT, ART-Cert

    Masters of Physical Therapy, Partner/Clinic Manager

    Chris is an enthusiastic triathlon participant, having completed four marathons. Chris has been with Neurosport Physical Therapy since 2004 and proudly became a partner with Carolyn Lawson with the opening of the Alpharetta clinic in 2008. Chris maintains the highest level of performance and is dedicated to his patients rehabilitation. Chris has completed all manual therapy courses at the University of St. Augustine. Chris has toured with NEURO Tour as well as been the Physical Therapist on multiple Broadway shows.

  • Alaina Hesse, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy - Concierge Physical Therapist

    Alaina was a competitive dancer and gymnast growing up. She has always had an interest in working with athletes and performing artists but after a positive and motivating experience with her physical therapist from a gymnastics injury, Alaina knew this was the field she wanted to pursue. She graduated from Columbia University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and completed her fellowship with NEURO TOUR treating the cast of Lion King Broadway in New York City. She continued on as the physical therapist for Wicked Emerald City Tour. Now Alaina is back in New York treating patients at our New York clinic.

  • Julie Segall, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Julie grew up a dancer and a gymnast. She gave up gymnastics at 13 to pursue dancing further. In college, she majored in dance with a concentration in dance science. She had the opportunity to perform works by Mat Heggem, Heidi Henderson, and Doris Humphrey. She then moved to New York to dance professionally for a few years before beginning physical therapy school. As a practitioner, Julie combines her understanding of dance and dance medicine, Pilates based exercises, and manual therapy to address the body and its asymmetries. In her spare time, Julie can be found taking dance and Pilates classes, and spending time her husband and puppy, Ella Mae.

  • Nicole Horutz, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy - School of Rock & Waitress

    Nicole Horutz is a graduate from New York University. During her studies, she spent time in Nepal, serving as a volunteer student physical therapist for students with disabilities. She herself has spent time in physical therapy for back pain and a broken foot from dancing. Nicole was a competitive Irish dancer for 13 years, and competed at the World Irish Dancing Championships. Her main motivation as a physical therapist is to help performers and non-performers alike achieve their movement goals. She believes that listening to patients with both your hands and your ears can immensely impact a patients healing process.

  • Haley Weber, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy- STOMP & Beautiful

    Haley is originally from  Alpharetta Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where she majored in Psychology and minored in Music. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University.  She grew up as a dancer and performer in school musicals and in college was in an a capella group, UGA Noteworthy.  In her spare time, Haley loves to explore New York, travel, see Broadway shows, bake, and spend time with her friends and pets. Haley's past experience in the performing arts allows her to understand the importance of both preventive and rehabilitative care so she can keep her clients on the stage doing what they love!

  • Mariah Bernanke, ATC

    Certified Athletic Trainer - Sleep No More

    Mariah graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Athletic Training. She has worked with a wide range of athletes, form inner city high schoolers to semi-pro soccer players. Her internship with Neurosport in New York City, is what reinforced her decision to pursue working with performing arts. She is now excited to be working through the NEURO TOUR Fellowship program and continue growing her skillset as a clinician!
