Offering Physical Therapy services since 1996, East Cobb was the charter clinic for Neurosport Physical Therapy. We are proud to partner with Walton High School, North Atlanta Soccer Association (NASA) and Georgia United Soccer Association. We look forward to continued involvement within the community.

  • Carly Waters, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physcial Therapy, Clinic Manager

    Carly attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree in Exericse and Sport Science. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University, where she performed research on mechanics following ACL repair . Carly was a dancer throughout her childhood and now that she is a PT, really enjoys working with patients who dance.

  • Sean Boulanger, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Sean lived in Westminster, California before moving to Atlanta. He attended California State University Fullerton where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. He is married to Taylor Rossi, the physical therapist at our Woodstock clinic! He enjoys reading, cooking healthy food, programming exercise routines, hiking and traveling. Sean thrives on new experiences! He regularly participates in weightlifting and has an interest in strength training. He is passionate about working with active people and has gravitated towards Cross-fit. He injured himself in weightlifting in the past and understands the feelings patients might experience. He offers a broad skill set of manual therapy techniques and a strong will to learn and spread knowledge. He is the happiest when his patients are smiling and exercising!

  • Krysten Malcolm PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Krysten received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Elon University and graduated Cum Laude. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University and was a Honors Fellow. Krysten grew up dancing and was a previous member of The Charleston Ballet, a semi professional ballet company, and also trained at Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Washington Ballet, and Greensboro Ballet.

  • Winslow Jones, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Winslow is from Macon Georgia and recieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University. She also has a BFA in Acting and Musical Theatre from the University of Missisippi. In her spare time Winslow enjoys doing yoga, running, and strength training, and is passionate about the performing arts. Her goal is to merge her love of performing arts and the science of human anatomy to help heal and restore movement and recover to those around her.

  • Melissa Stratton, ATC, CSCS

    Certified Athletic Trainer

    Melissa is a Marietta native who recieved her Bachelors of Science Athletic Training from Florida State University. She was a part of the Athletic Training Honors Society and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Melissa would like to specialize in concussion protocol. When she is not at Neurosport, she loves to travel, attend sporting events, and watch Netflix. Melissa has always enjoyed being around sports. She was injured alot growing up and enjoyed taping her own ankles and the atmosphere of the training room.

  • Hunter Ingram

    Physical Therapy Technician

    Hunter graduated from the Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. "I enjoy serving others and my favorite way to do so, is by helping them overcome injuries." In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking and camping with his wife, Allison.

  • Collin Carter

    Physical Therapy Technician

    Collin is a Marietta Georgia native with a passion to learn, help patients and coworkers, and bring joy wherever he goes. In his spare time, Collin enjoys spending time with friends, playing basketball, fishing, hiking and camping. As a freshman in highschool, Collin underwent 3 months of Physical Therapy to treat a torn ACL, encouraging his understanding of injury and his desire to help others in similar situations. Collin is currently pursuing his doctorate in Physical Therapy.

  • Ashley Fahey

    Physical Therapy Technician

    Ashley is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana where she grew up as a gymnast and cheerleader. As a physical therapy technician, she enjoy helping patients regain their confidence to live their best quality of life.  In her spare time, Ashley enjoys working out, playing sand volleyball, hiking, drawing, and spending time with her family.

  • Abigail Elder

    Physical Therapy Technician

    Abigail is originally from Kennesaw Georgia but earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Georgia College and State University. Growng up doing gymnastics and playing soccer resulted in injuries that landed her in the hospital, so Abigail knows first hand about the difficulties of recovering and rehab. She specializes in senior care as she has been working with geriatric cardiac patients for the past year and a half. You can find Abigail playing basketball with her friends, playing with her dogs or painting in her free time.

  • Victoria Johnson

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Victoria is Georgia native, born and raised in Marietta. Victoria brings thorough customer service skills and a patient, friendly disposition with her to Neurosport. She is always willing to help those in need and understands what it is like for those in pain. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the softball field with her daughter, Hailey.

  • Courtney Mays-DeShields

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Courtney is orginally from Baltimore, Maryland but grew up here in Georgia. She attended Cumberland Medical Institute to become a certified phlebotomy technician. Growing up, she was surrounded by sports, health, and wellness so the well being of others has always been an interest to her. Her patient relations skills, compassion and willingness to help will be an asset to the front desk of our East Cobb clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and coaching cheer.
