Offering Physical Therapy services since 1996, East Cobb was the charter clinic for Neurosport Physical Therapy. We are proud to partner with Walton High School, North Atlanta Soccer Association (NASA) and Georgia United Soccer Association. We look forward to continued involvement within the community.

Meet Our Staff

  • Blake White, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Blake graduated from the University of North Georgia with a doctorate in physical therapy. He brings with him to Neurosport a background in athletic training and concussion rehab. He decided to go into the field of physical therapy because he wanted a chance to not only heal his patients, but to get to know them. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, like tennis and basketball.

  • Sean Boulanger, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Sean lived in Westminster, California before moving to Atlanta. He attended California State University Fullerton where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. He is married to Taylor Rossi, the physical therapist at our Woodstock clinic! He enjoys reading, cooking healthy food, programming exercise routines, hiking and traveling. Sean thrives on new experiences! He regularly participates in weightlifting and has an interest in strength training. He is passionate about working with active people and has gravitated towards Cross-fit. He injured himself in weightlifting in the past and understands the feelings patients might experience. He offers a broad skill set of manual therapy techniques and a strong will to learn and spread knowledge. He is the happiest when his patients are smiling and exercising!

  • Jerica Maness, ATC

    Certified Athletic Trainer

    Jerica lived in Virginia Beach and Orlando before moving to Atlanta. She attended Florida International University where she received her Bachelors in physical education and went on to receive her Masters from Life University in Athletic Training. While she was in undergrad school, she experienced an injury as an athlete and felt she didn’t receive the right type of care. Because of that, she ended up losing her scholarship. She understands what people go through mentally and physically being injured of impaired. With many years of hands on experience with patients, she acknowledges where her true purpose is. She is honored to bring her passion, experience and knowledge to Neurosport. She plans to learn more and grow within Neurosport as an Athletic Trainer. When she isn’t at work, she likes to spend quality time with her friends, exercise, and relax. Photo Coming soon!

  • Carly Waters, PT, DPT

    Doctor of Physcial Therapy, Clinic Director

    Carly attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree in Exericse and Sport Science. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University, where she studied ACL recovery extensively. Carly was a dancer throughout her childhood and now that she is a PT, really enjoys working with patients who dance.

  • Sydney Reeder

    Lead Physical Therapy Technician

    Sydney is the oldest of four kids, and grew up playing competitive soccer in addition to playing while at college. When she is not training and teaching incoming technicians and students, Sydney enjoys go hiking with her dog and long board when she is not at Neurosport.

  • Hunter Ingram

    Physical Therapy Technician

    Hunter graduated from the Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. "I enjoy serving others and my favorite way to do so, is by helping them overcome injuries." In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking and camping with his wife, Allison.

  • Victoria Johnson

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Victoria is Georgia native, born and raised in Marietta. Victoria brings thorough customer service skills and a patient, friendly disposition with her to Neurosport. She is always willing to help those in need and understands what it is like for those in pain. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the softball field with her daughter, Hailey. 

  • Rachel Mendenhall

    Front Desk Coordinator

    Rachel Mendenhall, originally from Dayton, Ohio, now lives in the Atlanta area. She currently attends Kennesaw State University pursuing a degree in secondary education. In her free time, Rachel loves to travel, hike, and loves spooky season.

  • Calista Sewell

    Public Relations & Digital Marketing Specialist, Front Desk Coordinator

    Calista Sewell is a Marietta native. She graduated from Wheeler High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. When she is not at Neurosport, she enjoys cooking new meals and finding fun ways to work out and stay active!
